Cactus leather products.

If Mr. Beast bought started a product line that made leather products out of cactus leather instead of animal hide, he could promote it on his YT and when it is worth millions sell out, or try for a partnership deal with one of the big clothing companies and collect royalties, he is obviously famous enough they would take a chance on a new product line.
Of course this could just be silly conjecture and no one in their right mind would buy cactus leather products or no executive would invest, at that point he just has a bunch of cool merch. Of course that is a risk he is willing to take.
