Windows 8.1 FFFFFFFFFFFF UUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

My work recently gave us new HP Elitebooks with Windows 8.1 installed. We may not make software changes to it.

Now I am a huge windows fan and have been using windows for more than 20 years. BUT WINDOWS 8.1 is FUCKING SHIT and it is driving me insane. (Okay, more insane)

  • I don't use my touchscreen because I hate a dirty screen with fingermarks on it, but still the OS will pop up random fucking slide screens for no bloody reason other than to disrupt my work.

  • Things dissapears for no reason, I would be working on a word document and the suddenly Word is just closed and gone.

  • Why the bloody updates all the time. It seems like everytime I start the laptop there are a ton of updates and updates and restarts?

  • Where the fuck is my program menu? Click in the start button and it takes me to some dicklike blue screen, then I have to click on a down arrow to get to an shitty "Apps" menu. WTF are "Apps"? Apps are for Apple users.

  • And what the fucking fuck is up with the projector support? On win 7, I plugged in my projector and it worked perfectly on both the computer screen and the projector. Now my monitor and the projector screen have different images, or if you mirror it, the projector end up with shitty laptop resolution, wide and narrow.

  • And lets not start with the Bluetooth speaker support, works perfectly fine with my windows 7, on Win 8 it fucking doesn't want to connect, connects and doesn't want to pair, pair and then disconnects after a few minutes. Forcing me to start the whole process from scratch.

  • Chrome is slow as fuck and it freezes 10 times a fucking day. I get more done with bloody IE than chrome.

  • It has come to the point where I dual boot Ubuntu linux and rather use that, than Windows 8.1. And I don't like Linux, but it is better than this shit.
