Girlfriend with anxiety writes off philosophy since "it is easier said than done" but i want to help

I think at this point it’s best to suggest a therapy and talk it out with a professional. General practitioner first, so that they can make a referral. From my personal experience as someone who had struggled greatly with anxiety for many years, I too like you girlfriend (the way I understood it), knew that something was off, but there was no remedy and that people don’t appreciate my struggles and therefore can’t possibly help me. It took me a while and some therapy to figure out I have OCD (the so called doubter’s disease) and at some point with training and research I embarked on the trip to recovery (which is lifelong trip) and discovered stoicism, which I have to say goes extremely well with OCD or any other anxiety for this matter. A couple of years later I now feel the happiest I’ve been in my life even though OCD is likely never going away completely, but it’s under control (or should I say no longer controlled?). The point I’m making is that it takes personal dedication and enough suffering to finally “blow up” and take real steps towards recovery, but talking with a professional first is best because: A) They can help your gf realise help and genuine recovery feels entirely different to what she imagined; B) make her bolder with regards to facing the fears and discomfort; C) Anything a professional says is far more convincing than an advice by a layperson. Besides the most common therapy the CBT is rooted in Stoicism. You can look up some stuff and books by Donald Robertson- a psychotherapist and a Stoic practitioner.
