Well for one, my precinct no longer has a police department, terrorists burned it down and there isn't a replacement, because the citizens are blocking it, and wherever the police do meet, people aren't even allowed to go there I don't think because they might burn it down again, and until recently all the other police stations were barricaded by jersey barricades and razor wire. The city I live in, and the police department itself is under federal investigation for corruption and violating people's rights, so for example a third of the police or more are on leave or quit, and many investigators have been moved back to patrols just to take 911 calls. To top it off, the 911 command was burned down as well.

I am skeptical that just walking into a different police precinct will help me at all, and I have been informed in the past that citizens can't demand a police report be made, that it's not a right, and that it's at the officer's discretion and requires evidence of a crime, so that is why I am skeptical that marching into a police station is going to do me any good.

Also I am questioning if the person is at all dangerous, as it seems possible that they might be. They told me some things once that seemed like an alarming insight into their character so that worries me.

There's some other details I wasn't able to include as this is a public post. I would have sent you a private message about this, but you don't have a mailbox. There's an extra layer here that makes this a difficult issue to try to get any results on, which is not something I can add to the public post.
