Ooh, I hope the board isn’t cracked. If any of traces are gone with big crack on the board, I’ll re-sell it on flea market as untested($200).

AC socket itself should be intact with board but plastic piece holding this small board is gone as you can see in the photo.

I’m getting 9V 2A power adaptor and replace connector to the one which fits to PC Engine Duo. For video cable, cable for Megadrive should work because it has same pinouts I think. Controller socket looks like identical to PC Engine’s mini DIN 8 pin so I’ll try PC Engine controller.

I’ll try my best to fix this board up. After booting and playing for while, planning to replace all big caps because most of TurboDuo related videos on YouTube recommends recap and I have enough skills and equipments to do that. I hope CD optical lens adjustment is identical to PC Engine Duo because I couldn’t find one regarding TurboDuo.
