“So according to this alien text…” The science officer began as he brought the holo the throne of Lord Vahlis. “The things we’re facing is some ancient, transdimensional race which apparently has tried to invade our dimension time and time again. If I am not mistaken with the translation. Apparently, our new experimentation with the D-ships may or may not have tore open a hole in time and space which they’re now coming out of. The good news at least, is that they’re galaxies away. The bad news is, they’re spreading fast.”

“What do we know about these… things…?” Vahlis asked as he toyed with his war axe.

“Apparently, they’re beings comprised of pure energy. The dimension which they come from is essentially an inverse of ours. Matter is to power what Energy is to mass where they come from. Aside from that, we do know they’re aggressive. These texts also mention they’re rather omnicidal nature. They must seem us beings made of matter as to be abominations.”

“Well, at least we have a mutual relationship.” The Valfather chuckled slightly as he put his axe away. “How long till the fleet is prepared?”

“About two hours.”

“Good enough.”

“We are doing our fastest however, to try and find a means to close that tear. As of now, 60% of the Terran military is being scrambled to deal with this threat. If it hadn’t occurred in an obscure research facility galaxies away, we might have a real crisis on our hands.”

“I wouldn’t call it that just yet, and inform those dealing with the closure of this tear that they will only use it to close the breach on my order.”

“Is that wise sir? These texts are saying how easily they destroyed entire civilizations.”

“None of those civilizations would even be worthy of being dust in the shadow of the Terran people.” The Valfather stood up to his full height as he walked to the viewports of his vessel. Stroking his beard for a second, Vahlis looked out to the hundreds of millions of ships that his armada comprised of. His singular eye gazed out at distance stars as his words echoed around the room.

“Tell me, how many of you are anxious to be invading another dimension. A place which the very laws of nature are warped? How do you feel exactly, knowing that in the very near future, the names of the Terran people will be synonymous with the end of things, even in tongues we cannot perceive?"
