People forget he's the focal point of our attack too, meanwhile trying to organize the midfield and defense against a team that is absolutely lethal on the counter attack when Son is up for it. It's only logical that he's going to make more mistakes when he's got so much responsibility. There's a reason why he wears the armband, not one other player in the team is capable of doing everything he does. I'm not at all saying he's a phenomenal talent, I'm just saying that the best we can hope for is what we saw in the second half, Ceballos taking some of that responsibility on for himself, especially on the attack. And wouldn't you know it? When he came on in and did just that, Xhaka made less mistakes.

For all these people saying he has to go, they need to remember that replacing him is going to be very costly. Players like him aren't exactly a dime a dozen, or let go of easily.
