If dealing with a bank or or a professional brokerage account and there was a routing problem with a large deposit they would be bending over backwards to help their customer no matter who’s mistake it was. I have gotten only a form letter from you guys with my first name plugged in and no follow up correspondence from anyone when I wrote in with further questions and concerns. I have a lot of money on the line here and dont appreciate your lack of customer service or your laissez faire attitude when it comes to follow up!! I am considering calling my attorney and starting legal action.
