Yelp sucks!!

True. Most intelligent people can.

But, nevertheless, when you are a consumer, in a hurry, and trying to select a business in a highly competitive field - say, IT services, plumber, locksmith, etc. - and one company has an average of 4.9 stars and the other has 4.3 who are you going to call?

Not sure why my point is so hard to understand: All review systems can be abused. Reviews can affect how much new business you get. Therefore, Yelp sucks, Google Sucks, Annies Place or whatever the F it's called sucks... all review systems suck.

And as a business owner yes, a stack of good reviews can help propel your business to new heights. But some enemies can very quickly bring you back to earth and there isn't a damn thin you can do to get the reviews removed.

Dig? Now, I'm the F out of here as I'm sick of explaining things to adults (who I assume are business owners) that a 3rd grader could understand.
