I have a dessert recipe that sold out 10,000 pcs every day, can I sell the recipe to big F&B companies?

I researched about ghost kitchen and shared commercial kitchen for a farmer market that I wanted to set up tent. I ended up cancel the whole idea because this is too much work and time consuming. I’m still have hope, because if ppls buy 10,000 in Vietnam then it must be good enough for international. Like u know boba? Before it is popular aboard, its first enjoy by the Taiwanese ppls. I don’t think flan will be as popular as boba but if ppls like it in my country then ppls outside will like it too. However, I don’t want to deal with all the manu and stuff. It is best to sell it to a big F&B company and let them do it since they already have factories and global logistics down~
