Just ranting:

I seriously am fed up with my customers showing up 30+ minutes early for their appointments than scheduled. We try so hard to be kind and remind them that they should show up on time and not early, but still… so many people have such a sense of entitlement.

“Oh we showed up 30 minutes early so that we could browse some flower girl dresses.”

Yeah, except you KNOW that my store is private and by appointment only. How dare you praise the fact that your appointment was private and then think you can impose on someone else’s appointment time because you wanted to have a fun girls day.

Seriously, I just want to tell them all to fuck off sometimes. But instead, I put the smile on and handle it as necessary.

But seriously, FUCK OFF AND COME BACK AT YOUR DAMN SCHEDULED TIME.
