Wow that’s a hard one. Maybe it has to do with the virus that has infected a significant portion of the world that is known to cause long term severe health complications, mixed with the added stress and major inactivity that most people faced during the pandemic (which can lead to heart problems and other complications). And yes, some deaths due to vaccines, although it’s probably a very very small percentage of everyone that got vaccinated.

But no it’s obviously due solely to the vaccines that Bill Gates invented in his evil laboratory that he then proceeded to spread through 5G networks. All in his evil plan to get more people to stay home so that they will buy and use more Microsoft products. It just has to be, I read it on my uncle’s Facebook post!
