Coincidentally my world's creation story is also my world's history of magic. This is for a video game I'm going to make later on.

Note: This will be an in-game book written in the mid 1800's

It is funny how the history of magic can be summarized by four letter. Life, Death, Fire, and Ice. Those four magics started the galaxy.

It all began in The Beginning...

Several Titans were birthed into existence during The Beginning. But with Life comes Death, many of them perished in the cold reaches of space. Thus comes Fire, they create Fire Magic to warm themselves. Doing nothing but warming themselves for centuries caused some of them to overheat and perish once more. To combat that, the Titans created Ice Magic to balance out the heat. Keeping the balance of not only Fire and Ice but Life and Death as well caused them to grow exceedingly weary. In search for a resting place they traversed space for millennia. Tired and with nowhere to rest, they created their own place, using the last of their magic, they created a small new planet, Atreima. Forests of life in the east, swamps of death in the west, searing deserts of the north, and the frigid tundra of the south. There, they began to go into sleep, legend says that they are still resting today, deep, deep down under the surface of the planet, embedded in the sediment.

The early humans used the remnants of the titan’s magics.
