well, the delayed choice quantum eraser shows that photons changed their behavior retroactively. there are 5 total detectors in the experiment. After the photon is fired, it is split into two hawking photons. One goes to the left towards detector 1. The other goes towards a prism and an arrangement of mirrors. The prism and mirrors are arranged in such a way that a photon leaving the left slit can hit detectors 2,3 and 4. While the photon leaving the right slit can only hit detectors 3,4, and 5. Which detector the photon hits depends on wether or not it's is reflected or passes through a half silvered mirror, which reflects 50% of photons. If the photon hits detectors 3 and 4, we don't know which slit it came through because both slits can hit those. However, detectors 2 and 5 can only be hit by the left and right slit respectively. Detectors 2 and 5 exhibit particle distribution pattern of photons, while 3 and 4 exhibit wave interference patterns. So this told us that the presence of information telling us which slit it went through is what changed the behavior of the photons. But detector 1 is closer than the other detectors, so the photon hits that detector before we know which slit it hit. But because they know the exact distance traveled by the photons and the exact time during which the photon hit the detector, they can see how the hawking photon of the each photon that hit the other detectors behaved. Despite hitting the other dector 1 first, the photons whose information regarding which slit it went through would be ascertained created a particle distribution, and the photon whose information would be ambiguous created a wave interference pattern. This tells us that the photons changed their behavior not only before a consciousness could observe the behavior, but even before the information was created. Meaning, the photon knew ahead of time how to behave because it knew wether or not the information regarding which slit it went through would be observed. So there is no way for us to test wether or not it was our consciousness that determined the behavior of the photon, because they know ahead of time if it will be observed and will act accordingly.

Not only that, but our understanding of consciousness is extremely primitive with respect to other fields of study. The documentaries alluding that our consciousness is what changes the behavior are getting ahead of themselves. We have to first understand the nature of consciousness before we can make such a claim.
