Since a couple people seemed curious about the hyoscyamine and extract process, lemme explain,

each pill contains 50mg Phenobarbital and 0.25mg L-hyoscyamine.

the water solubility of Phenobarbital is apprx 1mg/ml the water solubility of L-hyoscyamine is apprx 2.5mg/ml

So for the extract you just use the bare minimum amount of water to cover the pills. for 3 pills I usually use 3-5ml.

crush the pills, mix it with the water and shake. let it settle, shake again. do this until there are no clumps at all.

then allow it to settle one last time, and use a syringe to pull off the water.

This water should now contain all the hyoscyamine and apprx 3mg of phenobarbital.

The powder at the bottom, should now be 147mg of Phenobarbital + what ever fillers these pills have.
