118 Billion up for grabs (Kurakot) if K-12 will be cancelled

Excuse me, can tell someone tell me how Kabataan Partylist would want to defend their claims on K-12 not being a valid solution to the lowering quality of the education and in fact adds to the problem? Statements from news agencies just tell the same bullcrap about giving students false hope, make them pay more money, or the program drove them away from work opportunities or something like that. Like how? How they came to that very conclusion? First batch K-12 graduate are still on their second year in university, the current second batch just graduated. The program is not even on the full effect yet for fuck's sake.

How?
