Indeed they do, a lot of Buicks are built in China and the Chinese love this. Manufacturing is one of the things which catapulted their country to where it is now. Also, Chinese culture is big on "the show of success" so they are down to shell out money for a car that has a little luxury flash to it rather than buying one which in every right a good car but doesn't, even in situations where the more mundane option is the more sensible.
