I can chime in. So I’ve owned every single gen of the STI that has been released in the US. I got to borrow one of these for about two weeks last month. It was the premium with the 6-speed. I live in the mountains but have to commute down to the valley for work everyday so my drive is pretty fun. I really put this car to the test during those two weeks.

Conclusion? I don’t like it. Obviously the looks of the car are a small portion of it but everything else was also pretty disappointing. The handling felt very touchy, the interior didn’t do it for me, the suspension was too soft and the engine tuning was hilariously bad. You can fix all of these mechanical issues with mods and a tune for sure but out of the box I just wasn’t feeling the car.
