2023 Trade Deadline Megathread

I mean…yes

In the NBA you NEED a top 10 level players to truly contend. Hell, historically 90% of every championship team had a top 15-25 ALL TIME player

The only reason I was game to blow it up this year specially is because there’s a generational talent in the draft and it was clear early on this teams max potential is like a 6th seed out in the first round

LaVine will never be THE guy, I’m not even convinced he can be the 2nd best guy on a championship team

That being said, DeMar and Vuc are still valuable, so my hope was they’d trade them and not fully tank but keep Zach and the younger players to try to make the team more attractive to a free agent All-Star
