he may be getting us a few points but he's stunting our team development in a big way.

This year is not about wins (even if we aren't actively tanking) it's about getting the team playing together in a cohesive unit, learning the system, figuring out the roles and evaluating everyone on the roster to see who we want to stick with and who needs to go.

if 26% of our plays (his usg %) end in him going iso and throwing up a difficult mid-range shot outside of the team offense then simplistically that's eating up twenty games worth of play out of our season on empty possessions.
