Bruh I think that’s a cool idea but I’m very much for keeping the ending ambiguous. One of the main reasons I liked the first ending is because we don’t know what happened to the gang. They could have died their first step out of hopes peak, or they could have founded future foundation. It doesn’t really matter what happened to them because they still chose hope, but the anime, udg, and goodbye despair kind of messed up that ending and made an unnecessary side plot where they kill off a ton of characters that we were just introduced too. I think it would be awesome to see what Shuichi does and how they survive, but it would take away a lot of the meaning from the already really good ending.
