No offense, but maybe its your fault? Are u toxic? Are u blameming ur mates? Insult them? Or just spread negativity? Maybe you are the Person why people are leaving? Just think about it and try your best by spreading positivty its Better for you and your mates or stay Neutral at least and mute ur self if u become toxic.

Or: maybe you lose in general more games than you win, ppl tend to leave "lost games", here also helps exept for improving ur skill to win more gamea is positivty again.

(Also Plat here) have almost no leavers, Most come back sometimes after 2min and we still win. What helped me is beeing in TC and VC cheer my ppl up, give them hope and a reason to stay.
