9th Week - not feeling it this week but I’m forcing myself to do what I gotta do.

My mindset with PE is time over tension but not in the beginning I honestly believe. That you train your penis in all directions with all type of devices to see what your penis responded to so after the 4 month and so on your should be getting 1.5 inch by the 13 month. Or even 2 inches. Depending on your goals you gain 2 inches on your penis your most likely not going to focus on pe and do it when you can rather than making objective like how we are now which is annoying

I start with shockloading, manuals for about I think I’m close to a hour now I progressed. (Find exercises that best fits you so which them up every week and keep track of which one you did already so you do a different one each week)

Jelqing for about 30 mins

Pumping 20 mins

Hanging 2 hours (1 hour at least) goal is to do 3 hours hanging (compression)

If I have time I strap a extender after that’s if I’m home if I go to work I’m wearing a ADS low tension
