Vacuum Hanging: how to prevent shaft swelling?

How long have you been hanging and doing PE? Do you feel any pain or discomfort during your set when this happens?

I didn't get to ten lbs vac hanging until a good 1.5 to 2 years in to my routine. I started at four lbs and added one lb every couple months. You don't want to hang more weight than necessary to reach fatigue and make gains, otherwise you will toughen up your dick and it will be more difficult to gain in the future without more intense sessions.

Most hanging guides online are written for compression hangers that have very short time limits per set. With a vac hanger, you can substitute increasing weight to reach fatigue with increasing time under tension to reach fatigue and that can be easier on your dick.
