Do you actually OWN Real-Estate if property taxes exist?

that's the thing though. Like I have A TON of Bitcoin at this point. I feel like I have plenty. I'm generating cash flow by selling covered calls / secured puts on some of my BTC (about $5k a month).

I've taken out collateralized loans on it before to acquire new businesses. All in all I'm happy with my BTC.

Now I'm looking for other places to find yield. I see my BTC as an asset that protects me. More as wealth preservation overall.

I think I need to start finding other places to stuff cash though where it doesn't erode in value and that I can generate yield from.

But I certainly don't want to put it somewhere that can just be stolen from me. And I'm not willing to pay any Government for the privilege of owning a piece of land, especially if it sits there vacant for any period of time. That's insane to me.

Just trying to figure out what I can do besides "buy Bitcoin and gold."
