Up keep:

• after the first 1-2 years u can dilate 1-2 times a week or just regular sex/toys instead
• no douching at all after a couple months. Just adding acidic jelly once per week and the biome does it’s thing
• I have regular sex with my cis male partner, about 16-17 cm of depth
• if im really in the mood a little saliva is enough for sex, if not then I need a little lube just to start.
