Yes, I am sure I am not talking to an impersonator, since the building's website, emails and FB are all stating this email and they have been posting images and renders of apartments. They also offer an open house every few weeks and show a "model" furnished apartment, but not the one you want to rent. The building also just finished construction, and them being from Amsterdam might have something to do with them not having anyone onsite in another city for viewings. It is still strange though. I talked to two people who had experiences renting from this company, and both said bad things about them, but that they are legit. The difference is that they rented apartments someone has lived in already, while mine is completely new. One of them is still renting with them too.
