I think the book is actually pretty good (aside from the typos in the new edition). The lectures though, lol...

I could excuse a lot when it comes to the lecture videos: using periods for multiplication (3.5=15, not confusing at all!!) and other weird formatting issues; the complete lack of editing; the heavy accent combined with the absence of closed captioning; etc.. But it's the total lack of effort on behalf of the instructor that makes these videos truly infuriating.

Most of the examples she covers are just the identical examples from that section of the book (which we just studied independently). And, as others have pointed out, she doesn't even go through the examples half the time, but actually says 'here is another example...', before showing a full screen of pre-solved work for few moments and then clicking through to the next slide. WTF??
