I'm on the same page with the goal, but maybe a better what to phrase my question is what questions do you ask to weed out disrespectful guys or generally incompatible guys?

Up until now she's chatted with them, found similar interests, had some sexy talk, then we meet them for a drink and make sure the vibe is good with the three of us and talk about boundaries then either head back or set something up for the future. We sometimes will take a break from fucking and shoot the shit then get back to business.

I'm comfortable with the actual negotiations, but part of what she did to vet them is not really part of a guy-guy conversation. Perhaps I'm overthinking this, but we've had great hookups with intelligent, respectful guys and we both want to continue that (but relieve some of the time-consuming piece for her).
