Do you agree with the PM Kaja Kallas words that "(Estonia) is one of the most liberal countries among the EU and NATO"?

You know nothing about these "bullshit" claims

My point there is not to say that every single Estonian or every single Russian thinks the same. But to say that there are certain amount of people found among the Estonians and Russians thinking within a specific paradigm that they often attribute to what being an Estonian or Russian is about.

Let's call the amount of these people "considerable" This word doesn't always mean the absolute majority but rather someone who have a certain role that you would want to consider.

That being said the word "Russian" and "Russian-passing" means a different thing for ethnic Russians and non-russians. For example, in the USA (but I found the same to be true pretty much everywhere) ethnic Jewish people, Armenians, Kazakhs, etc have much greater chance of being mistaken for a Russians than an ethnic Russians themselves (who get mistaken for Polish, Czech, Germans and so on). Which makes it bizarre to think about. For Russians on the another hand the word "Slavic" and the word "Russian" are interchangeable synonyms and the Russian identity is thoroughly policed.

Why is this important? That's because you get a better treatment if you are an actual ethnic Russian with a right European face than if you are someone with an Asiatic features who the society believes "belongs to Russia". You never will ever know what does it feel like to mistreated by Russians to be only marked "Slav" by Estonians...
