The statistics show that 98% of males and 88% of females will change their minds after puberty. Once they get hair on their balls or grow some tits they realize that they are sexual beings, and they realize that they are happy with who they are. Granted some people won't ever be happy, but those people probably won't be satisfied with life regardless of what happens because they have serious mental illness issues and their happiness was never an option. But sure let them change their sexual organs when they are adults. No one here is denying that. If you are an adult and you want to change your sexual organs permanently and never reproduce, go right ahead. People think they are so important. They believe that life itself will cease to exist if they don't have children. It will continue. It will continue regardless that after 3.8 billion years of a continued lifeline that you are directly connected to, through multiple mass extinction events, through war and famine, through countless astonomincal odds, you decided to snuff it out because of your sexual preferance or because you were too important to raise children.
