There’s a reason the price is so low, please beware of these ebike startups and 1 year old companies! The bike itself is powerful and nice looking but the mechanical brakes are terrible and a little unsafe in some situations. If something ever happens to bike electronically, your local bike shop won’t be able fix it they can only diagnose it and have you tell GEN3 to send replacement parts. GEN3 will not troubleshoot any electric issues and will ignore your mechanics request to send both necessary parts entirely and send replacement parts one by one until you’ve paid hundreds for a mechanic to install individual pieces which may or may not fix the issue pushing a repair out to months. They also seem to be going out of business since they have no new stock of anything…so glad this happened within the return window!
