Absolutely we have. I'm a Republican who is pro police reform and you're not going to get police reform from pretty much any Republican politician. There is even a good chunk of Democrats who aren't interested in it. Even though they watered it down, I'm a huge fan of California's new proposed law which places restriction on police shooting. It's time for pieces of shit like Philip Brailsford to get life in prison for murder. It's high time we start looking through the coveted "I was scared" excuse for whenever a cop decided he or she decides to shoot somebody. Lotta scenarios where cops shoot somebody and there was no reason for it. Gotta stop.
