As an adult, what things do you still not understand and at this point are too afraid to ask?

Well, you can't wrap your head around during it because you are making a ton of false assumptions about my argument.

I never said people should not get healthcare, but they need to pay for it. Put them on a payment plan for the rest of thier lives, I don't care how they pay for it but it's not my responsibility to do so. They don't have to pay for it up front but just like everything else in live a service rendered needs to be payed for.

If you truly have no other way of paying for a service we can find a job for you. Tons of things need to get done that noone does. Pick up trash on the road, be a crossing guard....there are a billion ways to pay back the resources you drew upon.

You picked a few examples that are the exception to the rule a day the story about a guy doing an undervalued job maybe as aneeded adult you need to realize you should look for a better paying job to pay for things you need.

I'm not an elitest or uncaring. I'm a hard working veteran of 2 wars who worked 60 hours a week while going to college and I expect others to bust thier ass to get what they want as well.
