[anti-aging] money is no object... what is the absolute BEST thing to reduce the appearance of wrinkles for my insecure mom (51 F)

I'm 48 and started this year a routine with TO 23% vitamin c, TO HA+B5, rosehip seed oil, sunscreen in the am and Drunk elephant retinol mixed with b-hydra, niacinamide, moisturizer in the PM. I haven't seen major reversal of wrinkles but what I have seen is my pores shrinking, my complexion brighter, sun damage fading, fresher and dewier but most importantly the ritual has me enjoying my skin and my face and appreciating it!

Even doing oil cleanses with rose hip seed oil or argan oil has really made my skin feel younger, smoother and healthier. Scientifically I don't think I would see that large a difference from basically January 1st but I think the change is in how I feel about what I have.
