Right thoughts, wrong conclusion, I think.

Are workers more alike than they are different? Absolutely. But that doesn't mean we should ignore those differences. Workers are all brutalized by capitalism, but minority groups are brutalized that much more because of their minority status. Take it from me -- work sucks way fucking more now that I'm openly trans!

Part of forming a unified front is recognizing those differences and working to remedy them as much as possible in the process of workers' liberation.

Social issues like racism, transphobia, homophobia, etc. are inseparable from capitalism. Equity can't be achieved if we ignore them.
