AFAIK, there are no plans for that yet. Seeing as Brian Barnes said he wants M1 to eventually be a “one stop shop” for all financial needs, I don’t think it’s outside the realm of possibility, but I do feel it’s unlikely. As mountain money pointed out, it seems they consolidated the two with spend. Personally, having wrestled with the same thought last year, I decided to use acorns for this purpose. I’m trying to get away from using institutional banks at all. Even on the more conservative settings on acorns, you would still out earn any traditional savings account. Maybe look into it when you’re shopping around for another place to park your cash, see if it’s for you
