I do have another issue about which I have written to support (four days ago) but haven't heard back yet. And it'll likely be a tricky one so I would appreciate if one of the higher tier support could help out. I changed ISPs from one with a 100/100 connection (which gave me 93/93 on eero speed test) to one who gives me 1000/1000, BUT the eero speed test consistently gives me 400-700 on the downlink but only 34-35 (!) on the uplink. Strangely, when I run a speed test on a device like iPhone I easily get 300/300 even when the speed test server is thousands of miles away, so the actual up link is way above the 34 the eero test gives. But the up link in eero simply never goes above 35.. I have screenshots to prove it but don't know how to attach them in reddit app.
