Ok so here's my theory. It's a long shot and it will piss a bunch of people off but bare with me.

I'm pretty sure Avaneesh had an abusive upbringing. Either physical or emotional or both. Have you seen that old video of his and his brother kneeling down and reciting a Hindu sloka about how you should never disobey your parents? It looked forced and no teenager is gonna do that for fun. Avaneesh's family is Brahmin, the priest caste, which is also the highest caste in Hinduism. A lot of them have a reputation for being colorist (lower castes were darker and worked outside) and sexist (men and women are segregated until marriage). This is probably where he picked up part of his views like dark skinned indians are uglier and women need to cook and clean. Another thing is he grew up in Sugarland, TX which has a wealthy predominately indian community. In my experience many upper class mostly indian communities in America are toxic bubbles with lots of snobbery, materialism, competitiveness, and narrow-mindedness. This explains why he's always bragging about being pre-med going to a top 5 public school and also comparing and belittling other people's majors, schools, and career choices. Avaneesh likely felt incompetent by his own ethnicity and now had to prove that he was better than them. In sexist societies, men derive value based on the attractiveness of their spouse. Avaneesh with his colorist and racist views considers women with the palest skin possible (white/white latinas) as the most attractive. He thinks having a white/latina trophy wife would elevate his status above the other indians. He said in a tiktok he wants to go to an Indian function (like a party) and show off his "hot ass" blonde wife as if everyone is going to be jealous. Communities like what Avaneesh grew up in tend to be very insular, ie only mixing with their own ethnic group and Indian Americans in general strongly prefer to date or marry within their own race way more than white or black americans. Avaneesh has to show that he's better than them and this is his way of doing so. HIs racism and disdain towards indian women and culture probably stems from this too.

Abusive childhoods seriously mess kids up. My father was abusive and I had to get a lot of therapy and mental help to move past it. Granted I was never remotely like Avaneesh. It seems like Avaneesh was seriously developmentally stunted by his upbringing and that may have caused things like tics, mental health problems, etc. That doesn't excuse his racist and sexist behavior which he likely got it from his family.

Also I'm not dissing on Indian Americans or people with Brahmin ancestry. Most don't think or act like this but some communities that are made up of really rich recent immigrants tend to keep some backwards ideas in their community.
