Please explain what you don’t understand about this..... two shipping methods: 1. Same day delivery. 2. Shipping via Canada Post. Company offers both shipping methods. I select #1, turns out they don’t offer that method even though they accepted the money and that as the shipping method. I email company, they respond saying they don’t offer that, without refunding or asking if I want it shipped. So in your mind, they should leave both options on their website? Sounds like a great business plan.

Again, if they removed same day and just did shipping, I would have chose shipping. Your argument here about waiting a week is flawed, because I didn’t pay for shipping. Same day was free. So they wouldn’t ship without paying the shipping fee. And again, it is on their website they offer both.

Just because you don’t care about companies not providing the services they advertise, doesn’t mean others don’t or shouldn’t. So don’t tell me that I should place an order and select a service they don’t provide and wait for it not to come. Every business can improve on their processes, and the way to do that is by viewing customer complaints. This was an innocent complaint that I wanted the services they advertised and that I paid for. Otherwise, my package would already be in the mail from another company. If a company gets defensive from complaints, they are not going to last very long. There is a well known concept in business that if you ignore complaints you will go under. If you improve on those complaints you will beat out the competition. So I apologize that I wanted the services that I paid for and were advertised. I did not ask for anything more than that. It doesn’t matter if it’s a psychedelic company or not, so fuck off with that hippy bullshit. You can provide psychedelics and be a good business.
