Here is the text of the email I just sent to customer service. This is bullshit!
Below is the text of the email Alcatel sent me 08/05/2016 concerning my pre-order of the Alcatel Idol 4S. As you will note, the status was changed to “Pending Payment” which is curious since Alcatel already charged my credit card a day or two before!!! Also note, it says at the bottom of the email “Shipped by USPS”, but there is no shipping order!!! I have also checked my USPS account Online today and it shows no deliveries scheduled for me!!!
I want a status on this order immediately!!! Where is this phone?!?! I cannot begin to tell you how angry I am at Alcatel’s having screwed this launch up. I want to know whether this phone has been shipped or not, and if it has, then I want the tracking number immediately. If this phone still has not been shipped when you respond to this I will be calling to cancel my order and I will notify my credit card company that the order has been cancelled and to remove the funds debit.
Where is my phone?!?!
