Are there areas in America that are so dangerous that Google hasn’t driven the street view car down them?

In my city they started placing cameras and "shot spotters" to record, report and deter crime. The shot spotters listen for gunshots but can distinguish between cars backfiring and fireworks which were used as distractions to pull police to an area. In some cases locally they just watched you on the cameras and sent a subpoena in the mail. All that HD zoom with facial recognition is very real and in play. They get into cell towers "stingrays" I think. So my point is they're already being watched and recorded and one they have interest in you, depending on your crimes, they can backdoor into most of the laptops, tablets; TVs, Security cameras in your home, GPS track through your phone and car and social media.
