Aren't we starting to worry about inflation?

Inflation numbers are academic. Substitute goods and technology gains make up for it. A 20 inch Sharp lcd tv I bought in 2004 was $740. A 27 inch led LG I bought in 2021 (for a dresser that can’t fit a larger tv at an angle for the bed) cost $179.00. Airfares were never cheaper adjusted for inflation before Covid. An IPad in 2011 cost $699. The IPad Air 4 that is the same size and external design as the iPad Pro is the same price in 2021. If you go to the cheaper iPad that is the same size as in 2021, it is $329.

We don’t have to pay for video buys or rentals. We pay $11.99 for streaming and cycle various ones. We don’t have to buy music Via cds or iTunes. We can pay 11.99 a month for streaming.
