[Art] [OC] Riddler as a character

Continuing my work on D&Dfying the Rogues Gallery, this time around I put the spotlight on Edward of Nygma. Following are his powers and abilities.

Superior Intellect - Nygma gets an inherent +10 bonus to all Intelligence rolls and skill based checks.

Quick Thinker - Nygma can take 20 on Intelligence checks even when under pressure.

Escape Artist - Nygma gets an inherent +10 to his Escape Artist checks.

The Riddler's Cane - This cane functions as a +1 Heavy Mace. It can also project minor illusions and deliver Shocking Grasp on a successful touch attack.

Puzzle Toys - Nygma holds an arsenal of puzzles, toys and gadgets (Finger traps, ring puzzles etc) used to confuse, trap or disorient his foes. Typical effects include Disarm, Stagger, Stun, Entangle, Blind and Confuse.
