One thing I've always wanted to run was a campaign that dealt with barbarians, rangers, and druids, but they were all named Cletus, Buford, Billy Ray, and Bubba Joe. All of them speak with a twang, and are rednecky as hell. Good Rangers though. They love them some huntin', some mead, and some communing with nature. There's just something innately funny that happens when you add that one change to those classes and change nothing else. "You don't wanna make Billy Ray mad, 'specially when he's been drinkin'." "Has he been drinkin'?" "Billy Ray is always drinkin'." All of a sudden the uptight paladin is less concerned with the soul of the rogue and much more concerned with the the barbarian Borthers have gotten up to in the last five minutes.
