Like, there’s videos on YouTube called “lifting weights will decrease your muscles!!!!!” “Why you should never eat broccoli!!!!” “Why you should only eat broccoli!!!!!” “Sit ups do nothing and will actually make you impotent!!!!!!” “Sit ups are the best exercise and will make your dick girthy and long and hard!!!!!” “If you want to lose weight never ever exercise or sweat!!!!!” what do you do? Why do you guys do this and why is it literally all of you? I lift weights, eat, and sometimes run and I’m in great shape. Is it because guys hit you up for that marvel bod all the time and you’re profession is full of cowards who can’t admit people are on steroids and heavily dehydrated before a shoot so you have to tell people that the reason they don’t look like Chris Hemsworth is because broccoli is bad and weightlifting isn’t actually a real thing
