But that's not what's happening. They announced for every 12 shares you have you would now only have 1. If the price goes up 12 times the current value of about $1 to $12 then it would be equal but that's not what's happening, they announced you will only get 1 share per 12 that you used to own and the price of the stock dropped over 13% on top of that.

Sounds like if you had 12,000 share worth approx $1.20 the value of that investment would be $14,400

Now with the stock price dropping 13.5% and with the announced share consolidation you will have 1,000 shares worth approx $1.05 the value of the investment would now be $1,050.
