This is so absolutely naive, I could almost be sick. The Chinese economy is built on (1) repression. No matter what happens the CCP is not going to lose power. With all the trillions the Chinese have spent on the PLA and how for example they are at parity with the USN, it is STILL FAR LESS than what the CCP has spent on its domestic security apparatus. On repression. Nothing happens in China that puts the authority of the CCP at risk. That is they the CCP went for domestic control before they decided to challenge the USA.

Also don't forget to ask the Tibetans and the South Mongolians about their freedom now that China has liberated them.
What you fail to understand is the necessary comparison between what these two states actually do not falsely compare China who has only in the last decade gained economic power to flex its muscle.
The Chinese State is built from the ground up as a war mongering state. It starts with complete subjugation of the populace. It extends to invading the South China sea islands against the international rulings thewat it has completely disregarded. Whilst the USA who is not a signatory HAS abided by that convention. Morevoer, China has declared war on the populace of Tibet for 70 years, why don't you see what the Tibetan birth rate is compared to the Han there, has declared total war on the Uyghurs by enslavement, murder, sterilisation etc and that process has now begun in Southern Mongolia. China sends its militia fishing flotilla to destroy productive fisheries so local fishermen do not return to those areas so China is able to make territorial claims. Ask India what it did wrong
China is a multi-headed hydra that attacks every nation by every single angle at its disposal. Take Australia but first you need to wake up to the fact, war as the cliche goes, is not just an extension of politics - for China warfare is merely if needed the final act. War for China is economic undermining, creating dependency and then threatening that economic position - want an example of Chinese economic practice ask Sri Lanka about predatory debt, ask Bellamy's how an Australian company is encouraged to go into debt on the promise of Chinese contracts and after obtaining that debt suddenly gets told by China - no business here sucker, then when Chinese businessmen offer to but the company for a song gee those problems China had with quality and other issues are suddenly resolved. That is war that is the way China works. It's undermining your institutions so you fight amongst yourselves, it's using propaganda to create fear and appeasement, undermining your values, it is corrupting your politicians, it is altering university curriculums to preclude analysis of China's actions. What you haven't got through your skull is that China is already at war with Australia. If you don't stand up to China you will end up the same as the Ugyhurs, organ donors and slave workers. You have made no critical comment about China. China offers Australia the same enslavement it does in real time to the Ugyhurs. Australia has only the USA to stand with to oppose China's aggression to the West. I challenge you to describe China's actions over the last ten years. You say nothing about China.
