Sounds amazing. Again, the government needs justification to act whereas we should not need justification to resist that actions of unjust laws.
Here’s an example. A cyclone hits the Northern Territory. The government wants to rush in aid. But the Voice says no, not before you consult us. This affects Aborigines, too
To which parliament says it doesn't exclusively affect aboriginal and Torres Strait islanders and therefore isn't veto'able.
