You are making this much harder on yourself than it has to be.

Since you already have a modchip, you don't need pseudo Saturn to play out of region games.

Just use the Saturn Region Changer program from http://madroms.satakore.com/

Just open the first track for the game(the one which contains data), and then change the region from J to U.

It will then load up on your Saturn with no need for the pseudo Saturn exploit. No need to utilize the JHL/CWX exploits which can introduce compatibility issues.

I change all of my images to U. I only use pseudo Saturn if I need the memory card functionality, or the 1/4MB ram expansion, or for cheats.
